CLOUD MIST INSPIRATION: I was traveling through Costa Rica and happened upon an area called The Cloud Forest. It was incredible. Rolling green hills filled with lush saffron yellow flora and verdant fauna everywhere. The air felt thick and dense and as if you could write your name in it like you do with a sparkler on the 4th of July. It was white and misty with fluffy white clouds as far as the eye could see. The sky seemed curiously low and tangible, like you could reach up and scoop a handful of clouds. In this meadow were the most beautiful almost regal white and camel colored cows languidly chewing patches of grass as they sauntered along a man made wooden fence. I noticed that the fence was built with regular pieces of 4 x 4’s pushed into the ground. Then upon a closer look I saw that the 2 x 2 posts we’re sprouting new foliage! I was stumped (no pun intended). I didn’t understand how a cut piece of wood could grow new small branches and leaves when it wasn’t a proper tree anymore. Super curious we researched it and discovered that The Cloud Forest is such a dense nutrient rich environment that its been sprouting ‘wood posts' for ages. I felt so grateful to have found that secret paradise. Cloud Mist is an ode to that magical experience. I hope you enjoy it.
COMMON SENSE WARNING: Do not ingest. Do not spray on your face or in your eyes. Duh. Don't spray on babies, children, animals, open wounds, broken or irritated skin. If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs gently wash the area with mild soap and water and discontinue use. Maybe have a glass of water too, never hurts to hydrate.
