Join us again for a very cool sound bath experience on the Winter Solstice Tuesday 12/21. Our teacher is a Venice local, Michelle Bui, Michelle uses a full set of Chakra Crystal Bowls, chimes, a planetary gong, buffalo drum, and various other instruments to lead you on a journey of sound meditation. Sound can clear blockages and helps the body and mind to unwind. Sound vibration can help facilitate warm healing energy to flow within the body. Come join us and set some positive intentions for the new lunar month. Meet new friends or just relax, meditate and take some time out for yourself. We will still limit the class to 20 people as we have moved it to the space directly adjacent to our studio which is 5,000 sq. feet with 25’ ceilings, lots of fresh open air.

REQUIRED: A mask upon entry, your own yoga mat (some avail. for purchase).
OPTIONAL: comfy warm clothes if you get chilly easily (like me!) Some people bring a blanket, crystals and eye masks for deeper relaxation.

Social distancing plan in effect. Each attendee will receive a COMFORT LEVEL STICKER to be worn that lets other guests know your comfort level during an in person event. Chose GREEN for I’m comfortable with people near me. YELLOW for please try to be mindful of your proximity of me or RED for please respect me and stay 6’ away with very limited interaction.
